Your Health. For Good.
What is health?
Does it mean eating specific things?
Does it mean exercising a certain way?
Does it mean getting 8 hours of sleep?
Does it mean meditating?
Yes... and no.
Yes because it can mean those things... if that's the way you define health. And no if you define health differently.
Health is personal. After all, it’s all about you, isn't it? And no matter how much you want your health to change for the better, it will only change if you take action to change it. Which is easier said than done.
Whether you’re here because you want to change something about your health or someone else suggested it (a medical professional or loved one), you’re in the right place.
Making change of any kind can be challenging, daunting, scary, intimidating, strange, and even unwanted - and when it comes to your health, it's personal - and so should the plan to improve it.
When you make the decision to move towards better health, and you have an experienced, trained health coach along for the ride, together you can build a really strong foundation. Click here to learn how.
I'm Jeralyn, aka The Good Health Coach. I'm glad you're here, even if you're just a little curious about what exactly a health coach is.
A health coach can mean different things to different people, and for me, it means being your partner, advocate and guide on a journey to your version of health. As your partner, my role is to listen to you, to encourage you and to occasionally push you when you need a little pushing.
It’s my passion to show you that you can still choose health in your busy life with benefits including weight loss, more energy and confidence, improved relationships, less stress and more.
I am a Duke Certified Integrative Health Coach and have a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas State (formally Southwest Texas). I worked in the corporate world for 20+ years and have spent the last several years focused on health and wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, bike riding and spending quality time with my friends and family (including our dog, Henry).
