Still here... and there!

In case you are here, on my website, checking me out and wondering if I'm still coaching, the answer is yes I am! I'm still here... my blog looks lonely and abandoned, since it appears that I've not written anything in a long while, but things are not always what they appear, are they?

I've actually written a couple of blogs in the last year, but they were published elsewhere, a good elsewhere I might add.

Back at the beginning of Covid-times (is that a thing? Covid-times?), I was lucky enough to join up with The Virtual Health Coaches. They're a group of coaches looking to help us health coaches connect with you, the health seeker, as well as help us connect with each other to help us network and work at our craft together! Being a coach is a really rewarding profession, but as with many entrepreneurs, it can feel lonely when you're the only one doing what you do in your town or network. That's why VHC was such a great find! We're all working toward the same thing - helping people become healthier!

Anyway, all of this is to say that I did in fact write 2 blogs this year and if you're interested to see them, you can find them here and here! The first one I wrote in the early-ish days of Covid-times (If it's not a thing, it should be) about anxiety and the other I wrote in November about fearing failure and going for it anyway!

Oh... and in case you didn't hear the news - I'm officially a NBC-HWC! I never thought I'd have initials after my name, but here we are. What does it mean? It means that I have the education and experience (and passed an exam) to be a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach!
